Buying on Trax
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay for your order via PayPal or with credit card we do accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. We utilize PayPal for credit card processing.
Item out of stock! When will you restock it?
If item is out of stock, you can subscribe to be notify upon restocking. This is the best way to stay informed on when the product you're after comes back.
We aim to get all out of stock products restocked as soon as fast as possible. Thanks for your patience! Please do send us a message if you have any questions.
How much does shipping cost?
Trax is charging 3.00€ flat rate fee for shipping products. Please do note this does not include any possible inport fees, taxes and duties.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is not offered on a regular basis. However, in occasional limited-time promotions we may offer free shipping to our customers. Subscribe to our newsletter to be among the first to get notified on our special deals and promotions.
Where can I find invoice for my order?
At the time that you placed your order, you should have received an order confirmation email from Trax. This email contains a summary of your purchase, and itemizes the cost of each item as well as shipping. Thus, it inherently qualifies as an invoice/proof of the value of your goods.
Order and delivery
How Long Does Shipping by Courier Take?
When you place your order from EU package will be delivered to your address normally in 3-5 working days.
When shipping internationaly it can take up to 8-10 business days. Please then allow up to 6 days (depending upon your local postal service and customs) for your shipment to arrive at your address.
What should I do if I do not recive my order?
If you did not recive your order or you notice issues tracking your package, please do not hassitate to contact us via our contact page or email us on trax@trackyour.bike
Will I be charged for customs?
If you ordered product outside of EU region, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
What if my order gets lost or damaged?
If you recived damaged package, goods or your package is lost, please do not hassitate to contact us via our contact page or email us on trax@trackyour.bike
We would kindly ask you to provide us with pictures showing damage on product.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship all of our packaged via Slovenian Postal (PS) service. In Europe your order will be shipped with UPS and your local postal service.
For international customers will receive their order via UPS or DHL. Shipments may be partially shipped by DHL eCommerce.
These companies will transport your order to the destination country, and then hand it off to a local courier (usually your local postal service) for final-mile delivery.
Where can I find tracking code?
Tracking number will be send to your email when your order is shipped.
